Tammy Sunju Lee

Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Population and Human Capital at Yonsei University.

My research lies at the intersection of family economics, gender, and workplace policies. Using quasi-experimental and survey-based methods, I study how institutions and public policies shape family and labor market outcomes. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan in May 2026.
